Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our dealer network in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with dealers and distributors, ensuring our tile products are prominently displayed in dealer showrooms, and conducting regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
This role requires extensive travel within the allocated state for approximately 15 days per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint new dealers and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
- Ensure our tile collections are effectively displayed and promoted in dealer showrooms.
- Identify opportunities for showroom placement, product visibility, and brand expansion.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer preferences, pricing trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and provide actionable insights to management.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for dealers and their sales teams.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit travel reports, sales reports, market feedback, and expense statements.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and key influencers wherever applicable.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company in the market.
Travel Requirement
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
- Approximately 15 travel days per month, generally in 4–5 day trips depending on business requirements.
- Flexibility to travel at short notice when required.
Location: Assigned State (Travel Required) for 15 days, work from office for 15 days.
