Advocate

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Advocate with 3–4 years of experience to handle legal work related to real estate transactions and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing Banakhat (Agreement to Sell) and Dastavej (Sale Deed)

• Managing registration processes at Sub-Registrar offices

• Conducting title verification and due diligence of properties

• Handling property documentation, agreements, and legal correspondence

• Coordinating with government authorities for approvals and registrations

• Advising on real estate laws, compliance, and regulatory matters

• Assisting in dispute resolution related to property transactions (if required)

Requirements:

• LLB degree from a recognized institution

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in real estate legal work

• Strong knowledge of property laws, registration procedures, and local regulations

• Hands-on experience with Banakhat and Dastavej drafting & registration

• Familiarity with RERA, stamp duty, and land records

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases
