Job Description

Position: Sr. Accountant

Duties and responsibilities: -

A.    Tally data entry, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statements, and preparation of debtors/creditors statements.

B.    Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.

C.    Handling petty cash, preparing bills and receipts.

D.    Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.

E.    Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz GST, TDS, Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, GST Tax, Profession tax.

F.     MS- Office- Word, Excel: in-depth knowledge.

G.   Good English communication skills & familiar with emailing, etc.
