Accountant

K. J. Gandhi Associates, a Tax Advocates and Tax Consultants firm in Ahmedabad, is hiring an Accountant for our Accounts and Compliance team.

Responsibilities: • Accounting and bookkeeping with accurate data entry in Tally • Ledger scrutiny and bank reconciliations • Supporting journal entries and account finalization • Maintaining financial records that are accurate and audit ready • Assisting with GST, TDS, and other taxation related accounting work • Coordinating with clients and supporting senior team members

Skills Required: • Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel • Strong grasp of accounting principles and reconciliation processes • Attention to detail and a compliance focused mindset • Good communication skills for client interactions

Eligibility: • Commerce graduate, B.Com preferred (M.Com is an added advantage) • Minimum one year of relevant experience in a CA firm, tax consultancy, or accounting and compliance firm (freshers not eligible) • Strong ownership mindset with a fight to finish attitude, able to see work through to completion even under pressure
