Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Accounts & Audit professional to lead our Accounts & Compliance Team in a Chartered Accountancy Firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling multiple client assignments, reviewing and finalizing books of accounts, managing audits, ensuring statutory compliances, and leading a team to deliver quality services within timelines.
3+ Years in CA Firm Experiance Must
- Key ResponsibilitiesReview and finalization of Books of Accounts for multiple clients.
- Review and finalization of Financial Statements, Balance Sheet, and Profit & Loss Accounts.
- Planning, supervision, and finalization of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits.
- Review of GST Returns, Annual Returns, TDS Returns, and related reconciliations.
- Handling client communication for audit, taxation, and compliance matters.
- Managing audit queries, notices, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Leading and supervising the Accounts & Audit Team, including work allocation and review.
- Ensuring timely completion of assignments with high accuracy and quality standards.
- Providing practical business, accounting, and compliance solutions to clients.
- RequirementsCA Inter / Qualified CA / M.Com with relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a CA Firm.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Audit, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
- Good leadership, communication, and client management skills.
