Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop 3D mechanical parts and assemblies using SolidWorks.
- Prepare accurate 2D manufacturing drawings with dimensions and tolerances.
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare DXF files for laser cutting and fabrication.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams for smooth execution.
- Modify existing designs based on customer requirements and engineering changes.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
- Maintain engineering documents and drawing revisions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SolidWorks (Part, Assembly, and Drawing).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
