Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Warehouse Manager in managing day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and return processes.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched within the required timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Monitor stock movement and identify shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the E-commerce, Back Office, Purchase, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Handle RTO, returned, damaged, and replacement products appropriately.
- Ensure proper product labeling, SKU management, and organized storage.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards.
- Track daily productivity and team performance.
- Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly warehouse reports.
- Ensure proper handling of company assets, products, and equipment.
- Train new warehouse team members on processes and SOPs.
- Support stock audits and reconciliation whenever required.
- Escalate major inventory, dispatch, manpower, or operational issues to management.
