Job Description
- Set Up and Operate VMCs: Prepare and operate Vertical Machining Centers according to production requirements and specifications.
- Read and Interpret Blueprints: Understand engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining procedures and specifications.
- Monitor Operations: Oversee machine operations to ensure quality and precision of produced parts, making adjustments as necessary.
- Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Inspect Finished Parts: Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications.
- Document Production Data: Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance for quality assurance and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve any issues that arise.
