About the RoleArise Immigration is looking for an experienced Study Visa Counsellor who can guide students through the complete overseas education process, from counselling to visa filing. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales ability, and hands-on experience with international student admissions.

• ResponsibilitiesCounsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
• Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses.
• Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa procedures, and financial documentation.
• Convert inquiries into successful admissions and visa applications.
• Coordinate with universities and application portals.
• Assist students in preparing SOPs, financial documents, and visa files.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
• Maintain accurate student records and application status.
• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration and student visa policies.

Preferred Country ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following:

• Czech Republic
• Hungary

• Latvia

• Strong counselling and sales skills.
• Knowledge of university admission processes.
• Knowledge of study visa documentation and financial requirements.
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 1 years of experience in overseas education or study visa counselling.
