Job Title:Travel Agent / Travel Consultant

Job Summary:We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Agent to assist clients with domestic and international travel arrangements. The candidate should be able to handle tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and provide excellent travel support to customers.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
• Plan and customize domestic & international tour packages
• Book flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and travel insurance
• Assist clients with visa documentation and travel requirements
• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and vendors
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, and vouchers
• Provide timely updates and after-sales support to clients
• Maintain client database and follow up on leads
• Resolve travel-related issues professionally and quickly
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel industry (preferred)
• Knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and tour planning
• Familiarity with booking portals like TBO, MakeMyTrip, Riya, Galileo, Amadeus, etc.
• Good communication and sales skills
• Basic knowledge of visa process and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:As per industry standards + Incentives

Location:Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Working Hours:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible during peak travel season)
