Job Description
- Tender Bidding Executive –
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesSearch and identify relevant Government & Private Tenders.
- Read and understand tender documents.
- Prepare and submit online tender bids before deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients for required documents.
- Upload bids on GeM and other e-Tender portals.
- Prepare Technical & Financial Bid documents.
- Track tender status and provide regular updates.
- Ensure accurate and error-free bid submission.
- Maintain tender records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely submissions.
- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
