Tender Executive

We are hiring a Tender Executive – General Insurance to handle end-to-end tender management for Government, PSU, and Corporate insurance businesses. The candidate should have experience in e-tendering, bid preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and successful tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Search and monitor insurance tenders on GeM, CPP Portal, and other e-tender portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and bid requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, finance, legal, and claims teams.
• Maintain tender documents, compliance records, and bid trackers.
• Follow up on tender status, clarifications, and award notifications.
• Coordinate policy issuance after successful bid awards.
• Track renewals and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender conditions.

Required Skills

• Experience in General Insurance Tender Management.
• Knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, and e-Tendering.
• Understanding of Government Procurement Process.
• Strong documentation and drafting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
