Job Description: Academic Counsellor (Telesales)

Location: Work From Home

Shift Timing

11am-8:00 pm

Working Days: 6 days (Friday)

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellor (Telesales) to join our team. The role involves connecting with students, understanding their learning needs, and guiding them towards suitable online courses offered by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students from the provided leads.

• Understand learners’ academic goals and recommend appropriate online courses.

• Convert leads into sales by pitching course benefits effectively.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• Maintain proper records of interactions and conversions.

Requirements

• Any graduate/undergraduate with good communication skills.

• Prior telesales or counselling experience is an added advantage.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Must have an Android phone, a stable internet connection & a quiet workspace.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Should know Gujrati fluently (Read & Speak)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Upto 13k but 10K Fixed + 3k-5k Incentives on 50% completion of targets

• Additional: ₹250 per month mobile recharge allowance.

• Training and full support will be provided.
