Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through phone calls.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Follow up with interested customers.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Graduate or HSC pass (preferred).

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English preferred.
