• Generate qualified leads through outbound calling.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates.
• Understand client requirements and explain services like:

• Social Media Marketing
• Google My Business (GMB)
• SEO
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Website Development

• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
