Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive who can connect with customers, explain our services effectively, and drive lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, has a persuasive approach, and wants to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company services
• Clearly explain our car/auto solutions and create customer interest
• Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups
• Maintain accurate daily call records and update CRM/data sheets
• Coordinate with the field team for service execution when required
• Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
• Basic experience or understanding of telecalling/customer interaction
• Positive attitude with convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM entry level)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Working Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: Work from Office (Ahmedabad)
