Telecalling Executive

For a Telecaller Executive at Fire Safe Solutions, following skills are required -

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to fire safety products and services.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads for fire extinguishers, AMC, refilling, and safety equipment.
• Explain company products and services confidently to customers.
• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain customer database and update call records accurately.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (basic English preferred).
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel) and WhatsApp communication.
• Ability to achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn about fire safety products.
