Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound calls using provided databases and lead sources.
- Generate leads for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other retail lending products.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Assess customer requirements and qualify leads based on income, employment, and property details.
- Schedule appointments for sales officers and relationship managers.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into applications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through continuous calling activities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and customer acquisition drives.
