Job Title: Telecaller – Interior Design Company

Location: Work from Office

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Experience Required: Fresher to 6 Months

• Job Responsibilities:

1. Call prospective clients from the provided database.
2. Understand customer requirements related to interior design services.
3. Conduct regular follow-ups with leads.
4. Schedule meetings between interested clients and the design team.
5. Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
6. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.

• Requirements:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
3. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
4. Ability to handle follow-ups and customer inquiries professionally.
