Telecaller Job Profile – Dholera Smart City Real Estate CompanyPosition:Telecaller / Sales Telecaller
Location:Ahmedabad
Experience Required:Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate Telecalling / Sales Calling
Salary Range:₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Job Type:Full-Time
Office Timing:9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off:1 Weekday Off
Job Responsibilities:
- Call prospective customers and explain Dholera Smart City investment opportunities.
- Generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and database management.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding plots, projects, pricing, and site visit details.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales executives.
- Maintain daily call reports and customer follow-up records.
- Convert leads into meetings and bookings.
- Explain project details, government developments, and future growth potential of Dholera.
- Coordinate with CRM and sales team for lead management.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and booking targets.
- Skills Required:Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent lead follow-up and customer handling ability.
- Good negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
- Knowledge of Dholera Smart City and real estate market preferred.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Qualification:Minimum Graduate Preferred
- Real Estate Telecalling Experience Mandatory
- Performance Expectations:Daily customer calling and follow-up
- Monthly lead conversion targets
- Site visit coordination
- Customer database management
- Preferred Candidate Profile:Positive attitude and confident communication
- Experience in real estate sales/telecalling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
