Job Description
Daily Operations
Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and smooth functioning of the store.
Inventory Management
Track stock levels, order new products, and reconcile discrepancies.
Customer Service
Handle inquiries, complaints, returns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Staff Supervision
Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees.
Sales & Promotions
Implement marketing strategies, analyze sales data, and boost revenue.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
Reporting
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and daily/weekly sales reports.
