EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in solar back-office filing or liaisoning. Freshers should not apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• PM Surya Ghar National Portal registration and processing

• DISCOM portal filing and regular liaisoning

• Feasibility, net-metering, WCR and commissioning work

• Subsidy application and document processing

• Handling portal objections, corrections and pending cases

• Coordinating with customers, DISCOM officials and internal teams

• Maintaining accurate project-wise MIS and follow-ups

• Ensuring timely processing and closure of customer files

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of practical solar filing experience

• Knowledge of UGVCL, MGVCL, PGVCL, DGVCL or Torrent Power portals

• Ability to handle customer files independently

• Good knowledge of Excel, email and documentation

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Gujarati and Hindi communication required
