We're hiring a Meta Lead Generation Specialist to run Facebook and Instagram as a dedicated, high-performance lead engine. This is a specialist seat — you live inside Meta Ads Manager, not spread thin across every platform. Your job is to consistently fill our pipeline with qualified, ready-to-talk prospects — buyers, tenants, businesses, startups, and NRI investors — at a controlled cost per lead.

You will own the full Meta funnel: audience strategy, creative briefs, lead forms, instant forms vs. landing pages, click-to-WhatsApp and call campaigns, Pixel/Conversions API tracking, and daily budget optimization. Success is measured in qualified leads in the CRM at target cost — not reach, likes, or impressions.

• 2. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize lead-generation campaigns entirely within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook + Instagram).
• Build and test Meta instant lead forms, click-to-WhatsApp ads, call ads, and landing-page conversion campaigns.
• Define and refine audiences: interest, lookalike, custom (CRM/website/engagement), and exclusions to cut waste.
• Brief and A/B test creatives — hooks, reels, carousels, static, and ad copy — to drive cost-per-lead down.
• Implement and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API for accurate tracking and event optimization.
• Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and campaign structure (CBO/ABO) to hit CPQL targets.
• Ensure every lead flows cleanly into the CRM/WhatsApp with correct campaign and source tagging.
• Coordinate with telesales/sales on lead quality and speed-to-contact; feed insights back into targeting.
• Report weekly on leads, cost, quality, and pipeline contribution.
