Job Description
A service engineer installs, maintains, diagnoses, and repairs machinery, equipment, or technical systems at client sites.
Installation and Setup: Unpack, set up, and test new equipment or machinery at client locations.
Maintenance: Run regular checks and planned preventive maintenance to stop sudden breakdowns.
Troubleshooting: Find the root cause of errors, fix faults, and replace broken parts.
Client Training: Teach users and customer staff how to operate machinery safely and correctly.
Reporting: Write clear logs of service work, repair steps, and parts used
