Job Description

  • Strategy & Planning: Create and execute short- and long-term sales strategies, revenue models, and growth targets.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and manage sales managers and representatives to meet individual and team quotas.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, track pipeline health, and analyze market trends and competitor activity using CRM data.
  • Key Account Management: Lead high-level negotiations, build relationships with major enterprise clients, and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align product pricing, customer feedback, and go-to-market execution
