Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Real Estate / Residential Plotting Sales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Sales Executive for Dholera Residential Plotting projects. The candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, customer handling, site visits, and closing residential plotting deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calling, references, and field activities 

• Handle customer inquiries related to Dholera residential plotting projects 

• Conduct site visits and explain project benefits to clients 

• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners 

• Negotiate and close residential plot sales 

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective buyers 

• Coordinate with internal teams for booking and documentation 

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets 

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate / Residential Plotting Sales 

• Experience in Dholera plotting projects preferred 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

• Strong client handling and sales closing ability 

• Good understanding of Gujarat real estate market 

• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality

Office Timing

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: One weekday off (Rotational)
