Sales & Marketing Executive – Field SalesAuraa CasualsPosition SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for expanding Auraa Casuals' retail network by visiting retailers, wholesalers, and garment stores across multiple cities and regions. The role requires extensive travel and direct interaction with shop owners to promote, sell, and generate orders for Auraa Casuals T-shirts and apparel products.

• Travel RequirementExtensive field travel is mandatory.
• The employee will be required to travel approximately 20–25 days per month.
• Travel may include visits to multiple cities and states as assigned by management.
• Fixed travel and related allowances will be provided by the company as per policy.
• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales DevelopmentVisit retail garment stores, multi-brand outlets, wholesalers, and distributors in assigned territories.
• Introduce and promote Auraa Casuals products to prospective customers.
• Convince retailers to stock and purchase Auraa Casuals products.
• Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
• Secure purchase orders and ensure timely order execution.
• Market ExpansionIdentify new markets, cities, and potential retail customers.
• Expand the company's presence across assigned regions.
• Develop and maintain a strong retailer and distributor network.
• Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Regularly follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
• Address retailer concerns and coordinate with the company to provide solutions.
• Marketing ActivitiesEnsure proper product display and brand visibility at retail outlets.
• Promote ongoing schemes, offers, and new product launches.
• Collect market feedback regarding product demand, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Reporting & DocumentationSubmit daily visit reports and travel reports.
• Maintain records of customer meetings, orders, and follow-ups.
• Share market intelligence and competitor information with management.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance updates.
• Collections & CoordinationCoordinate with retailers regarding payments and outstanding balances.
• Assist in ensuring timely collections as directed by management.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding order delivery and customer requirements.
