Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through digital marketing, references, field activities, and networking.
  • Handle customer inquiries and explain project details.
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings and site visits.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/MIS reports.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and property pricing.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Customer handling ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of real estate sales process preferred
  • Qualification:Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in real estate sales/marketing is preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
