Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive to drive B2B and enterprise sales in the FMCG segment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close B2B and enterprise sales opportunities.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Conduct field visits, product presentations, and client meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships.
Preferred Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/B2B field sales.
- Experience in car fragrances, room fragrances, air fresheners, or related FMCG products will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
