Sales Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, follow-ups, and property sales efficiently, leveraging ELSE software or CRM tools to streamline processes and ensure a seamless sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site and walking meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain regular client follow-ups and track interactions using ELSE software.
• Schedule and attend revisit meetings to nurture leads.
• Conduct closing meetings to finalize property sales.
• Make site visits to ensure all pending sales are closed.
• Attend referral meetings to generate new business and expand the client network.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales status in ELSE software.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in real estate sales and client relationship management.
• Proficiency in ELSE software or similar CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
