Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic sales professional with strong technical

understanding and proven experience in selling STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, and related water

treatment systems. The candidate should possess excellent communication, client handling,

and business development skills with a strong network among MEP consultants, architects,

PMC consultants, builders, industries, and manufacturing sectors across India.

The role involves lead generation, client meetings, technical discussions, quotation

coordination, negotiations, and order closure for water and wastewater treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities


 Generate business opportunities for:

o STP (Sewage Treatment Plants)

o ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants)

o WTP (Water Treatment Plants)

o RO Systems

o UF Systems

o MBR-based Treatment Systems

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with:

o MEP Consultants

o Architects

o PMC Consultants

o Builders & Developers

o Industrial Clients

o Manufacturing Units

o Government & Institutional Clients

 Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions.

 Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for:

o Process design

o Technical proposals

o Costing & quotations

 Follow up with clients for approvals, negotiations, and order finalization.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Coordinate with project and execution teams after order confirmation.

 Maintain lead records, market updates, and client follow-ups.

 Identify upcoming projects and business opportunities across India.


Required Skills

 Strong knowledge of STP / ETP / WTP / RO systems.

 Good understanding of wastewater treatment processes.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to handle technical and commercial discussions.

 Strong networking ability with consultants and industrial clients.

 Self-motivated and target-oriented.

 Willingness to travel across India.


Preferred Candidate Profile

 Experience in water/wastewater treatment industry preferred.

 Existing consultant and client network will be an added advantage.

 Ability to independently handle inquiries from lead generation to order closure.

 Good presentation and reporting skills.


Qualification

 Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:

o Environmental Engineering

o Chemical Engineering

o Mechanical Engineering

o Civil Engineering

o Or related field


Experience

 1 to 10 Years in sales/business development of water and wastewater treatment

systems.
