Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare quotations and sales documents.
  • Maintain sales records and update data.
  • Track orders and coordinate with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams.
  • Follow up on orders and deliveries.
  • Follow up with customers for pending payments.
  • Assist with after-sales support.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and updates.
  • Draft and send emails related to sales and customer communication.
