Real Estate Sales Executive

Palacio Estate LLP is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR) real estate market. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
• Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Explain Dholera SIR developments, investment opportunities, and project details to customers.
• Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Update lead status and customer interactions in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth customer onboarding.
• Assist customers with booking, documentation, and payment processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to confidently present investment opportunities to customers.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in plotting, land sales, residential projects, or investment-focused real estate.
• Familiarity with Dholera SIR, Ahmedabad real estate, or Gujarat property market.
• Proven sales track record.
