Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Director to oversee the operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on finance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise operational risk management and ensure proper controls are in place.
• Monitor portfolio performance, operational MIS, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle escalations related to operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and workflow processes.
• Lead, train, and manage the operations team to achieve business goals.
• Work closely with senior management for operational planning and business expansion strategies.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in NBFC/Finance sector.
• Strong understanding of loan operations, customer onboarding, compliance, and financial processes.
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
