Job Description
An office boy / peon typically supports the day-to-day functioning of an office. Common duties include:
Morning and Night shift are available
- Keeping the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas clean and organized.
- Serving tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and delivering documents.
- Handling internal mail, couriers, and small office errands.
- Setting up meeting rooms before meetings and tidying them afterward.
- Maintaining pantry and office supplies and informing the responsible person when stock is low.
- Assisting staff with basic administrative and support tasks.
- Welcoming or guiding visitors when required.
- Opening and closing office areas, if assigned.
- Following workplace safety, hygiene, confidentiality, and company procedures.
