Job Summary

Key Responsibilities : proactively contact potential customers by phone to promote for All loan products , explain eligibility, guide them through the application process, and meet sales targets. daily generate 3 to 4 lead. week generate customer meeting 4 to 5 meeting. product knowledge must. good quality lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and services.

2. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our loan products.

3. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into successful loan applications.

4. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our loan products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

6. Data Entry: Accurately enter customer data and interaction history into our CRM system.

7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on call volumes, lead generation, and sales performance.

Requirements

1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field.

2. Skills: good commination skill , product knowledge, good convincing power

 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 4. Strong sales and negotiation skills.

 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
