Job Summary

Dhrisha Industries is looking for hardworking and dedicated Factory Workers / Production Helpers to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform grinding and other production-related activities.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist in machine operations under the supervisor's guidance.
• Pack, sort, and move materials within the factory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Support the production team in achieving daily production targets.
• Handle tools and equipment carefully.
• Carry out other factory-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Eligibility

• Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th
• Freshers can apply
• Male candidates preferred
• Age: 18–40 years
• No English proficiency required
