Jr.Operations Analyst

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards.
• Collect, compile, validate, and analyze operational data from various sources.
• Monitor operational performance and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Generate reports related to productivity, service delivery, resource utilization, and business operations.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for operational improvement.
• Assist in process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain and update operational databases, trackers, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure data accuracy.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and operational updates.
• Document operational processes and reporting procedures.
