Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling purchase invoices, sales invoices, credit card entries, and maintaining accurate financial records. Knowledge of Tally and GST is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and manage purchase invoices and sales invoices.
• Enter and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally.
• Process journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments and invoices.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of GST and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience is preferred.
