Job Overview

Yash Enterprises is looking for a skilled and disciplined ITI Fitter to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for machinery assembly, structural fitting, and maintaining equipment efficiency on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly & Fitting: Read basic technical/mechanical drawings and fit mechanical components accurately.
• Machine Operation: Safely operate workshop machinery and hand/power tools (drills, grinders, cutters, etc.). Expertia AI
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to prevent production downtime. Expertia AI
• Quality Check: Inspect finished parts and components to ensure they meet the company’s specifications. Expertia AI
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and maintain a clean workspace. Expertia AI

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant or workshop (Freshers with strong practical skills are welcome).
• Skills: Good understanding of measurement tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape) and technical drawing basics. Scribd
• Physical Fitness: Capable to work on the manufacturing floor and lift tools/components as required.

• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Shift Timings: 9:30 to 6:30
