The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales through proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate sector. • Contact prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Present company services and prepare proposals when required. • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. • Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or Real Estate Sales. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. • Comfortable working in Australian business hours. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently from home.
