Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive responsible for generating new business leads, contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, online research, and other lead-generation platforms.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company services.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Follow up regularly with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update lead/customer information in CRM/Odoo.
Schedule meetings and product/service discussions for the sales team.
Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for lead conversion.
Prepare daily and weekly lead-generation reports.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, meetings, and lead status.
Research target industries, companies, and potential clients.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly lead-generation and calling targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
