Job Description
Handle and manage leads received through IndiaMART.
Connect with potential customers via phone and understand their requirements.
Present the company's automation products and services professionally.
Follow up regularly with potential customers and maintain lead status.
Build customer confidence through effective communication.
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed orders.
Share product details, pricing and quotations with customers.
Confirm customer orders and coordinate smoothly until order processing.
Maintain proper records of leads, customer conversations and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
