Job Description

The Influencer Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers and content creators across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social channels to drive brand visibility and sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer
  • Outreach & OnboardingIdentify relevant influencers, creators, and micro-influencers aligned with the brand
  • Reach out, negotiate, and onboard influencers for collaborations
  • Build and maintain a strong influencer database
  • Campaign ManagementPlan and execute influencer marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate product dispatch and briefing
  • Ensure timely content delivery as per campaign timelines
  • Monitor content quality and brand alignment
  • Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with high-performing influencers
  • Develop brand ambassadors and long-term collaborations
  • Handle influencer queries and communication
  • Performance TrackingTrack campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
  • Calculate ROI and cost per engagement/acquisition
  • Share weekly/monthly campaign reports
  • Identify high-performing creators for scaling
  • Trend & Market ResearchStay updated with social media trends and emerging creators
  • Suggest new collaboration ideas and campaign formats
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and analytics

  • 1–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Social Media Marketing
