HR Recruiter

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, Foundit, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and placement agencies.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Schedule interviews with department heads and management.
• Coordinate interview feedback and maintain interview records.
• Issue offer letters after management approval.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Complete joining documentation and employee onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and daily hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a candidate database.
• Coordinate with ITIs, Colleges, and Placement Consultants for bulk hiring.
• Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
• Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of recruitment information.
• Support HR operations whenever required.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work under hiring deadlines.
• QualificationBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
• MBA (HR) preferred.

Experience :-

• 2-5 Years: HR Recruitment (Junior Recruiter)
• 2–5 Years: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
• Experience in manufacturing recruitment will be an added advantage.
