Job Description – Floor Supervisor (Warehouse)Department: Warehouse Operations

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager

Job PurposeTo supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure smooth material movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and achieve safe and timely dispatch of shipments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise warehouse floor operations and staff.
• Monitor receiving, sorting, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Allocate daily work and manage manpower.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock discipline.
• Verify operational documents and shipment records.
• Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transport, and Customer Service teams.
• Report operational issues and prepare daily MIS reports.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and timely completion of work.
