Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting customers in assigned territories, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned area
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management
• Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records
• Ensure timely payment collection (if applicable)
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth order execution

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
• Minimum qualification: High school diploma / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
