industrial automation sales engineer - FILED JOB
Business Development: Generate leads, cold call prospective manufacturers, and schedule on-site client visits to uncover automation upgrade opportunities
Product Demonstrations: Present hardware (e.g., servo drives, sensors) and software capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deal Closure & Collections: Negotiate prices, finalize contracts, and actively follow up on payment collections.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal engineering or installation teams for post-sales support.
Market Analysis: Track local competitor pricing, features, and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
