📋 Key Responsibilities:

📍 Conduct regular market visits to understand consumer behaviour, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.

🎯 Execute on-ground marketing activities including product sampling, retailer branding, visibility drives, and local promotions.

🤝 Work closely with the sales team to support product launches and market expansion.

📈 Execute joint sales–marketing activities to improve secondary sales and product offtake.

🔍 Collect market intelligence and share actionable insights on consumer preferences and competitor strategies.

🎨 Coordinate with design and digital teams for marketing creatives, promotional materials, and brand communication.

📱 Support social media and local digital marketing campaigns.

🏪 Coordinate with local vendors, printers, and activation agencies for timely campaign execution.

💰 Monitor marketing expenses and ensure proper cost control.

📊 Maintain records of marketing activities, expenses, and campaign ROI.

📝 Prepare and submit regular activity reports to the management.

🚀 Support brand visibility and market penetration across assigned Tier II and Tier III markets.

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month as per skill & experience

🎯 Incentive: ₹20,000 as per performance
