Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in events. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching event management services, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of client requirements. The BDE will also collaborate with the event planning and marketing team to strategize and drive business growth through high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Event Planning with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Event curation and pitch deck making along with precise checklist generating
• Sales acumen with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
• Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving
• Working knowledge of event management tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and handle deadlines effectively
